"The site was easy to get around..."
The site was easy to get around for the most part. A few pages loaded a bit slow, and I had to hit back a couple times to find what I was looking for, haha. Not a bad experience overall, just feels like it could be a little smoother

"Adjusts fine, but the fit feels a little weird"
The straps do adjust easily, so that part is fine, but I don’t know, the overall fit just feels a bit off on me. Like it’s not terrible or anything, just kind of awkward in a way I keep noticing when I wear it.

"I usually roll my eyes at all..."
I usually roll my eyes at all the slick product wording about things being “travel-friendly,” but this one really is simple to carry around. It’s lightweight, packs down small, and has been perfect for quick trips when I don’t want to drag extra stuff with me.

"Good, reliable gear for the money"
I picked up a pair of trekking poles and a camp chair from them, they’ve been solid so far. After a few trips, both are still holding up well. They don’t seem like they’re trying to be super high-end or flashy, which I kind of appreciate, just dependable gear at a fair price. Based on how sturdy everything feels, I’d assume their other stuff is probably decent too. I’d buy from them again.

"Decent, but I expected a bit more comfort"
I thought this chair would be a little more comfortable than it ended up being. It feels fine if I’m only sitting for a short time, but after a while the back support starts to feel kind of awkward. It’s not a bad chair, just didn’t quite match what I was hoping for comfort-wise

"Easy warranty help and no runaround"
I had a small issue with one of my Cascade Mountain Tech items and didn’t expect much when I reached out. But customer service got back to me quickly, and the whole warranty process was simple. They just asked for a little info and then handled it without making it a big ordeal. My gut told me they were a solid company, and this pretty much confirmed it. I really appreciate when a brand actually stands behind what they sell.

"Honestly held up way better than I thought"
I’ve been using my Cascade Mountain Tech trekking poles for a while now, and they’ve actually taken a decent beating. I’ve knocked them against rocks, used them in the rain, and pretty much just thrown them in the back of the car without being gentle. Somehow they still lock tight and I haven’t noticed any cracks. I’m impressed with the durability, though I guess I wasn’t expecting much at first. Anyway, they’re solid.

"Kinda pricey for what it is"
The quality is okay and it does the job, but I don’t think it’s worth the price. I expected a bit more for what I paid, tbh.
